Refunds & Returns

Milestone Trophies wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Non-Personalised Items


  • Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

2. Personalised & Engraved Items


  • Engraved or personalised trophies, medals, plaques, or awards are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault.

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, logos, and engraving details before confirming your order.

  • If a personalised item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately within 48 hours. We will either: provide a replacement, or issue a refund if a replacement cannot be produced

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods


  • All items are carefully inspected before dispatch, but in rare cases, a product may arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Report damaged/faulty items within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Send photographs of the item and packaging to info@milestonetrophies.co.uk

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is verified.

  • Return postage for faulty items is covered by Milestone Trophies.

4. Exchange Policy


  • Exchanges are treated as a return of the original item and a new order.

  • Non-personalised items can be exchanged for a different product of equal or lesser value.

  • Personalised items cannot be exchanged unless defective.

5. Additional Notes


  • Refunds do not include original delivery charges unless the product was faulty.

  • Custom or special-order items may take longer to replace due to production lead times.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if items are returned damaged, used, or not in original condition.
