Milestone Trophies wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Non-Personalised Items
- Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
2. Personalised & Engraved Items
- Engraved or personalised trophies, medals, plaques, or awards are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- Please double-check all spelling, dates, logos, and engraving details before confirming your order.
- If a personalised item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately within 48 hours. We will either: provide a replacement, or issue a refund if a replacement cannot be produced
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
- All items are carefully inspected before dispatch, but in rare cases, a product may arrive damaged or faulty.
- Report damaged/faulty items within 48 hours of receipt.
- Send photographs of the item and packaging to info@milestonetrophies.co.uk
- We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is verified.
- Return postage for faulty items is covered by Milestone Trophies.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are treated as a return of the original item and a new order.
- Non-personalised items can be exchanged for a different product of equal or lesser value.
- Personalised items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
5. Additional Notes
- Refunds do not include original delivery charges unless the product was faulty.
- Custom or special-order items may take longer to replace due to production lead times.
- We reserve the right to decline a return if items are returned damaged, used, or not in original condition.
