2. Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance by Milestone Trophies. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that contain incorrect details, appear fraudulent, or fall outside of our product range. By submitting an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
3. Personalised and Engraved Items
All personalised and engraved items are made to order. Once production begins, these items cannot be cancelled, amended, or returned, except in the case of a fault or defect. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of spelling, dates, and other personalisation details before submitting the order. Milestone Trophies cannot be held responsible for errors supplied by the customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but orders submitted and accepted will be charged at the price at the time of order. Payment must be received in full before production and dispatch. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and approved online payment gateways. Any transaction issues should be reported immediately.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, order size, or unforeseen circumstances. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, while express delivery may take 1–2 working days. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Milestone Trophies is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier service disruptions.
6. Risk and Title
Risk of damage or loss to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only once full payment has been received and cleared. Until payment is complete, Milestone Trophies retains the right to reclaim items if necessary.
7. Returns and Refunds
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Any faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence provided where possible. Refunds for approved returns will be processed using the original payment method after inspection of the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.
8. Product Descriptions
Milestone Trophies makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, variations in materials, colours, and sizes may occur. All images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor differences between the product received and the images on the website do not constitute a fault.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Milestone Trophies website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Milestone Trophies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Personalised content provided by the customer for engraving or printing remains the intellectual property of the customer, though Milestone Trophies may use images of completed works for promotional purposes with permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Milestone Trophies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability for any faulty products is limited to replacement or refund of the item. We do not accept responsibility for any event cancellation, personal injury, or loss arising from the use of awards or trophies supplied.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the website, products, or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
